Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of a project unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

Projects may involve third-party software, platforms, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, or hosting providers.

ProdSquads is not responsible for the availability, pricing, functionality, or policy changes of any third-party services.

You agree not to:
